This cuvée develops intense aromas and reveals the freshness and finesse of Chardonnay combined with the power of Pinot Noir. Aged on lees for 36 months, it has a winey, racy character, a balance of minerality and buttery, toasty notes.
Assemblage : Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
Tasting :This harmonious wine has a golden colour and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals floral and fruity notes of pink grapefruit. This Crémant de Bourgogne is well-balanced on the palate, with great aromatic complexity. Its toasty finish makes it an exceptional wine.
Accord Mets & Vins :Serve with white meats, ideally vitello tonnato, or bits of aged cheese, such as Parmesan or Comté.

Aged on lees for 36 months, it has a winey, racy character, a balance of minerality and buttery, toasty notes.
Vinification :On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. Only the first presses of our best quality batches are selected. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The second fermentation, carried out in the bottle using the traditional method, is generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar.
