Terroirs des Fruits Blanc de Noirs

Our Terroirs des Fruits cuvée refers to white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) as well as small red fruits. This is a Blanc de Noirs, a blend of grape varieties producing black-skinned grapes. These grapes come from plots selected for their predominantly fruity aromas (a characteristic usually found in Côte Chalonnaise or Couchois wines). This is what gives this Crémant its superb finesse, with a full, vinous structure that is characteristic of the Delorme style. This cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. The coloured bands on its pearly label reflect its luminous personality and the excellence of the House’s winemakers over the years.
