Terroirs des Fleurs Blanc de Blancs

Our Terroirs des Fleurs cuvée refers to white flowers: hawthorn, acacia and honeysuckle. This is a Blanc de Blancs, i.e. a blend of grape varieties producing white-skinned grapes with a Demi-Sec dosage offering greater richness and smoothness. The grapes come from parcels producing wines with predominantly floral aromas (a characteristic usually found in Mâconnais wines). This is what gives the wine its delicious flavour, but also the finesse and aromatic elegance that are so characteristic of the Delorme style. This cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonay and Aligoté grapes. The coloured bands on its pearly label reflect its luminous personality and the excellence of the House’s winemakers over the years.
