Description
Our Crémant de Bourgogne White ICE Demi-Sec, made from a blend of Chardonay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté grapes, combines the sweetness of fruit with elegance and freshness.
Vinification :Produced according to the traditional method. On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. We only keep the first presses to elaborate our vintages. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The setting of the foam, carried out in the bottle (according to the traditional method), is done by adding yeast and sugar. The wines are then aged on their lees for 12 months in our temperature-controlled cellars.
