Tasting :This Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé has a beautiful, clear, brilliant, slightly salmon colour with bright pink highlights. The nose offers tangy notes of strawberry and red fruit. On the palate, aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries develop. he finish is a perfect balance of power, elegance and finesse.
Accord Mets & Vins :To accompany a fruit dessert, a raspberry tart for example.
Description
Vinification :Produced according to the traditional method. On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. We only keep the first presses to elaborate our vintages. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The setting of the foam, carried out in the bottle (according to the traditional method), is done by adding yeast and sugar. The wines are then aged on their lees for 12 months in our temperature-controlled cellars.
