Description
Finesse and harmony define our Collection cuvée, presented in a special bottle. A perfect marriage for this white Crémant de Bourgogne, between the finesse of the Chardonnay, the voluptuousness of the Pinot Noir, the freshness of the Aligoté and the fruit of the Gamay.
Vinification :Produced according to the traditional method. On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. We only keep the first presses to elaborate our vintages. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The setting of the foam, carried out in the bottle (according to the traditional method), is done by adding yeast and sugar. The wines are then aged on their lees for 12 months in our temperature-controlled cellars.
