Our Terroirs des Fruits cuvée refers to white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) as well as small red fruits. This Rosé, whose grapes come from plots selected for their predominantly fruity aromas (characteristic of Côte Chalonnaise or Couchois wines), is made from the 4 emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy. Superb notes of raspberry and wild strawberry dominate, followed by hints of vine peach to round out this Crémant, which is intensely fruity and refined, characteristic of the Delorme style. The colourful bands on its pearly label reflect its luminous personality.

Assemblage : Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté et Gamay
Tasting :This Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé has a beautiful, clear, brilliant, slightly salmon colour with bright pink highlights. On the nose and palate, aromas of red fruit such as strawberry and raspberry develop. The finish is a perfect balance of power, elegance and finesse.

Description

Our Terroirs des Fruits cuvée refers to white-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) as well as small red fruits. This Crémant Rosé is a blend of the 4 emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy. The grapes come from plots selected for their predominantly fruity aromas (a characteristic usually found in Côte Chalonnaise or Couchois wines). Its superb red fruit notes dominate through aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry, then a few notes of vine peach complete this Crémant, intensely fruity and refined, characteristic of the Delorme style. The coloured bands on its pearly label reflect its luminous personality and the excellence of the House’s winemakers over the years.

Vinification :On receipt of the harvest we carry out a slow pressing using our pneumatic presses. Only the first presses of our best quality batches are selected. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in our 100% stainless steel vats. The second fermentation, carried out in the bottle using the traditional method, is generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar.
